RENTAL MANAGEMENT
You may
choose between our services of Complete rental management or Simple rental
How does it
work?
SIMPLE RENTAL
This service includes:
- Photo report and 360° virtual visit
- Online advertising and visibility on social
networks
- Tenant research
- Candidates validation with the landlord
- Contract edition (bails de droit commun, common rights
agreement)
- Check-in inspection and inventory
- Lending the keys to the tenant
- Receive 1st rent payment and
Security deposit
- Documents and contact information from the tenant to the landlord
Agency fees are paid by the landlord 7,2% (taxes included) of the total amount of the rental for the period agreed.
MANAGEMENT
All the Simple rental services plus:
- Receiving the payment of the monthly rental,
plus charges and taxes from the tenant
- Monthly payment to landlord
- Management reporting
- Billing and receipt edition and transmission
to the tenant
- End of stay cleaning service
- Check-out inspection
- Periodic Inspection of the apartment (semesterly)
- Commercial relationship with the tenant
- Maintenance and repairs management
The agency fees of this complete option are
10,2% (all taxes included) of the monthly rent
