SIMPLE RENTAL

This service includes:

• Photo report and 360° virtual visit
• Online advertising and visibility on social networks
• Tenant research
• Candidates validation with the landlord
• Contract edition (bails de droit commun, common rights agreement)
• Check-in inspection and inventory
• Lending the keys to the tenant
• Receive 1st rent payment and Security deposit
• Documents and contact information from the tenant to the landlord

We offer our partner insurance service for unpaid rentals, Garantme®

Agency fees are paid by the landlord 7,2% (taxes included) of the total amount of the rental for the period agreed.
